First Wednesdays of the month from 6:30-6:50pm
This will be a guided meditation for those who are new to meditation or for those who have been meditating for a while. We will spend the first part of each session learning the basics of meditation, such as how to sit and what to do with the hands. We will then focus on relaxing the body. The rest of the session will be a simple, guided meditation which will allow the practitioner the opportunity to have experiences from a calm abiding to a deep insight.
