Overall Course-Series Description:  This is one of six monthly classes to be held on the 4th Wednesday of each month that focuses on Conscious Health.  These classes are designed to empower your body, mind and soul.  Educate your body consciousness with pain transformations, food enlightenment, and emotional intelligence.  Discover the confidence to talk to anyone, any time. Practice listening to your inner guidance and Spirit Guides.  Accelerate your life purpose.  Culminate your six-week classes with a year-ending Visioning Ceremony (on last class).

Certified Nutrition Consultant Isabelle Yang talks about your food lifestyle, and improving digestion. Part I of her class, Eating for Health, addresses the fundamental principles of nutrition - proper diet, emotional eating, weight, environmental factors, and lifestyle changes.  She will offer suggestions for:

  • The Eating for Health concept
  • Balancing moods, sleep and energy cycles
  • How to select nutrition foods to nourish your body
  • Importance of maintaining proper pH

Part II of her class talks about Health Guts: optimal digestions, absorption and elimination. She will tell you how to beat digestive issues such as constipation, indigestions, heartburn and irritable bowel syndrome.
