We all have them. Buttons that get pushed and ways we get hooked. Emotional triggers are uncomfortable at best and can be downright debilitating at worst. Join Rev. Wendy as we probe deeper into understanding such triggers spiritually and discover healthier ways to meet them.
As women, setting healthy boundaries doesn’t seem to come naturally to most of us. By nature and by circumstance, we often find ourselves in the roles of care-givers and supporters. Learning to recognize and take care of our own needs is critical to our well-being. Join Rev. Wendy and the warmth and camaraderie of other women as we explore this important topic.
Group size will be limited to 20 participants, so early registration is recommended.
Living Room Conversations
Living Room Conversations are a conversational bridge across issues that divide and separate us. They provide an easy structure for engaging in friendly yet meaningful conversation with those with whom we may not agree. These conversations increase understanding, reveal common ground, and sometimes even allow us to discuss possible solutions.
The Unity Center will host Living Room Conversations from 12PM-2PM the 2nd Sundays of each month.
