This series of coaching evenings is designed for people who feel stuck in following their dreams, people who are contemplating a change in their career, small business owners and entrepreneurs and anyone who has been wanting coaching and support in moving their life forward. Each of the three nights of the Rev it Up! series will involve stories from Rev. Wendy's own life and the lessons she has learned from those events. Rev. Wendy will also be helping people apply those lessons to their own lives and help coach them to actions that move their lives forward.

How To Meditate – the Art of Meditation

Meditation, --and observing and stilling the mind --is one of the most important tools in the spiritual life. In this experiential four week course, I aspire to lead you toward a successful meditation practice, a calm mind, and spiritual transformation by sharing several meditation techniques and new awarenesses with you.
The intent is to begin a simple meditation practice and transform it into an ‘awakening’ meditation practice. People are quite different in their intentions and goals for meditation, so the dialog part of the class is very important. I will need to hear from you about your desire to meditate.
This course is for those just beginning meditation, AND those who have meditated for a long time, and want to use meditation to awaken to spiritual Reality, --the One In All. There will be two meditations per evening, and lecture, dialog, and an interesting spiritual community that is arising around spiritual life processes and the enlightenment.
