Course Description:  Discover how to expand your creative expression in all aspects of your life.  Become more aware of your inner-critic and learn easy, playful ways to calm him/her so you can create.  A fun art activity will help you externalize the inner-critic which takes a lot of his/her power away.  You will learn numerous positive health and wellbeing benefits associated with creative expression and leave with your next step toward a creative pursuit.

Teacher Bio:

Suzan Tusson-McNeil, PCEAF, CPCC, CHWC has offered wellbeing programs for women (primarily) since 2001 which have incorporated work on creativity and the inner-critic (utilizing art and writing programs). She has also been a trainer/facilitator/speaker in the hotel/resort and non-profit industries also. Suzan has extensive experience with individual and group coaching; along with developing and delivering wellbeing programs. Her recent certification with the Person-Centered Expressive Arts Institute included extensive practice with 1:1 work (as counselor, client, and observer) – with critiquing.
